My doppelganger is missing...

There's a girl that I used to see on the commuter rail every day who I always thought looked vaguely familiar...one day I realized it was because she looked like me! Or I looked like her. I would sometimes see her off in the distance and think I was having an out of body experience. We have similarly styled leather jackets and similarly styled faux fur coats (her fur is gold, mine is black). We have the same hair. We are the same height. We have the same black oval sunglasses. We both have a skirt made out of a parachute-like material, in the same dark olive color, though hers is full length and mine is a past the knee pencil skirt. We would get off the commuter rail and then both get on the subway, and she always got off one stop ahead of mine. I think she must have a much cooler, artier job than I, as she was often carrying a large black portfolio looking thing. What did she carry? Secret world domination plans? Advertising storyboards? Architectural blueprints?

Anyway, I just realized today that I haven't seen her recently. Where is she? Is she ok? It's very unsettling to see yourself disappear!
