Just went in for my yearly physical. My physician tells me that though I am at a normal weight and seem perfectly healthy, I need to get more aerobic exercise...diabetes runs in my family and it's a good preventative measure. OK, that sounds reasonable, but...bleah. Robert and I do belong to a gym, but it's been difficult squeezing in the time these days. I'm exhausted just thinking about it. And it just seems too much like...gym!

I'm trying to come up with more amusing exercise ideas....
