Another gem from that "2 for a dollar" bin of photos at a local vintage shop...

Robert and I were looking for a goofy photo to tuck into our friend Stephanie's birthday card...when I asked him to pick one out of the stack at random, this is what came out. It was absolutely perfect.

We love this chick with her tough stance, messy hair, too snug dress and cigarette. She's obviously not doing South Beach, and doesn't care. Yeah!

When I first looked at the photo, I thought she could easily be from the 70's or the 90's (remember that indie rock flowered dress and chunky platform shoes kinda thing?) but the early Coke logo in a background billboard (slightly cut off in this scan) and the type of photo stock confirms that it's more likely 70's, baby.

Where is she now? Does she still look like that? Or is she selling real estate and driving a minivan?
