Over Thanksgiving weekend, my brother, dad, Robert and I dropped by Impressive Chef, where I picked up this Lebanese orange blossom water. I've been searching for this for a while, ever since I read about Lebanese "white coffee" in Rita Konig's stylishly fun book Domestic Bliss and thought it sounded interesting. Lebanese white coffee (Kahwe Baida) is a drink made with a little orange blossom water added to hot water...it's refreshing after meals as a digestive and of course, it's fragrant, too. It's funny, I also purchased Italian orange blossom lozenges recently. Orange blossom is an interesting flavor and white coffee seems like it will be a new favorite with me.
