Yet another reason the commuter rail annoys me. I'm very pissed. One of these seems to have fallen off my ear on the commuter rail this morning. I guess no one noticed or just didn't feel like calling this to my attention. The backs of these earrings never stayed on that well, probably because the earrings themselves are on the heavy side.

These are my favorite earrings, that I wear practically every day...I tend to not switch jewelry around all that much, and like to buy just a few quality pieces. They're supposed to look like bamboo, but I've also always thought they look like bones, so they please both my taste for exotica and my taste for the macabre.

Sigh...I will try my luck at the lost and found later but am really not that optimistic. It's not as if they can't be replaced, but I'm pissed that I lost one, that it will be unnecessary money spent and that it probably could have been prevented somehow.
