When my recent order from Subversive Cross Stitch arrived, the package included a few business cards and flyers from other crafty type businesses. The one that intrigued me the most was a card from Sew Dorky, "Makers of Fine Felted Handstitched Donuts." 

Curious and egged on by my inner Homer Simpson, I had to check out the website. Sure enough, that's exactly what they  make....cuddly felt doughnuts in "flavors" like Chocolate Glazed, Bavarian Cream, Vermont Maple and various things with sprinkles (mmm...sprinkles). 

I'm still not sure what the point of these are, and am possibly hallucinating from that extra hour of sleep we had to give back to Daylight Savings Time. But if I'm not dreaming, and you're like me and like doughnuts but would prefer looking at them to eating them, these are for you. And if you adore doughnuts so much that you would cuddle with them in bed, these are also for you. They're "handstitched for ultimate freshness" too! And come on, they're fat free and packed with fiber.
