My friend and coworker Craig turned me on to Numi Teas. The product line includes interesting bagged teas as well as artisan teas that are hand-sewn "buds" of premium green, white, black and oolong teas that "blossom" when steeped in hot water.

So far I've only tried the bagged teas, which are excellent and gorgeously scented without being nauseating. I have yet to try the artisan teas, but they sound divine! White Rose is fine white tea leaves hand tied with silk threads around a delicate rosebud. Flower Pearl is silvertip white tea leaves scented with fresh jasmine flowers, hand tied into a rosette around a bright pink Amaranth flower. Craig tells me that they're really beautiful to see once they unfurl in the pot, and fragrant as anything. I have to get hold of these!
